I'd give your Desktop Ruler 10 stars out of 5 because it's really a double-up-value program! It's the best I've seen until now, and I've seen them all. I've been drawing on a PC since 1986 and got connected to the Internet in 1990.

This little application is just what I've been looking for (although I didn't know it!). I use Microsoft Publisher to create greetings cards and have often struggled with getting card and paper measurements exact in the body of a card. This solves the problem!
